Tuesday, June 9th

All Day — Room to Room Trading

9 am — Registration opens

5 to 6 pm — Social Cash Bar

6 pm — President’s Welcome Reception & Buffet - Hosted by Pat Boyer & Lee Rasmussen. Cost $ 40 per person

7 pm — Hospitality Room opens

Wednesday, June 10th

All Day — Registration • Room to Room Trading • Hospitality Room (11 am to close)

9 am to 5 pm — (Option 1) Historic Springfield Breweries and Brewpubs Tour w/lunch – Cost $ 75 per person

9 am to 3 pm — (Option 2) Off the Beaten Path Tour w/lunch – Cost $ 50 per person

5 pm — 20th Annual Silent Auction opens to benefit ABA’s National Brewery Museum and Library

10:30 am — ABA Museum Foundation Meeting – All registered members please attend

1 to 5 pm — Members Only Trade Show w/Craft Beer Tasting

1 to 5 pm — Coaster / Crown / Label Exchange Session & General Ballroom Set Up

1 to 5 pm — Craft Beer Tasting in Hospitality Room

1 to 5 pm — Paul Rahne Sr. Memorial Meet, w/Cheese, PBR & Some Exotic Eats
